The eCQM Management Center (EMC) / Playbook provides education, guidance, and recommendations to help your organization implement, validate, and manage eCQMs.
eCQM implementation and management are iterative processes. Measure specifications, value sets, and regulatory guidance may change throughout the year. EMC is continuously refined to reflect these changes, along with insights gained through our ongoing work with eCQMs, customer experiences, and evolving best practices in clinical documentation, data mapping, and validation.
While we strive to keep EMC accurate and current, updates may not be reflected immediately. Your organization remains responsible for confirming the accuracy and completeness of its clinical documentation, data mapping, measure implementation, and reported results against applicable authoritative sources, including CMS, the eCQI Resource Center, official measure specifications and value sets, and EHR vendor documentation.
